About the Role
Disability Support Workers at Safe Hands provide hands-on, person-centred support to people with disability in their homes and across the community. You'll assist participants with daily living tasks, community access, skill-building, and social participation - all guided by their individual NDIS goals and support plans.
This is a deeply rewarding role for people who have a genuine passion for supporting others to live as independently and fully as possible. No two days are the same. You'll work with participants of varying ages and disability types, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.
We currently have casual and part-time positions available across morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts. Hours can be built up over time based on participant availability and your preferences.
