Privacy priorities
We are committed to respectful, practical privacy practices across service delivery, recruitment and general enquiries.
How we protect information
- We keep client, applicant and operational information in controlled systems and limit staff access to genuine work need.
- We review records, contact forms and application workflows so unnecessary data is not retained longer than needed.
- We work with reputable digital tools for hosting, communications and administration where required to operate the service.
What information we collect
Depending on your relationship with Safe Hands Disability, we may collect contact details, service information, appointment records, support preferences, application material, qualifications, identity checks, billing details and communications you send to us.
We do not ask for more information than is reasonably required for service coordination, recruitment, compliance, safety, quality assurance or responding to your request.
