Shipping

• We ship Australia-wide with tracked couriers.
• Most smaller items dispatch within 1-2 business days; larger chairs are dispatched from the warehouse and delivery timing is confirmed at checkout or by email.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout - no hidden costs after you pay.

Returns and problems

• Faulty, damaged or wrong item: tell us and we make it right - replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. Photos help us sort it quickly.
• Change of mind: unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days (return shipping is the buyer's cost). For hygiene reasons, used personal massagers cannot be returned unless faulty.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty plus your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Keep your receipt - your emailed confirmation is all you need.
