How Our Service Matching Works

From your first enquiry to your first support session — here is how we make it simple.

1

Tell us your goals

Share what daily challenges or outcomes matter most to you right now. No forms required — just a conversation.

2

We review your plan

Our team reviews your NDIS plan funding categories to confirm what supports are available to you at no out-of-pocket cost.

3

We match and recommend

We recommend everyday supports and specialist referrals that fit your plan and your life — with no obligation to proceed.

4

Service agreement

We provide a plain-English service agreement outlining who, what, when, and where — fully compliant with NDIS Practice Standards.

5

Start and review

Supports begin on your schedule. We check in regularly and adjust as your needs, plan, or goals change over time.

No referral needed to start a conversation. Call us on 0466 441 662 or send a message online. For formal intake, you can also submit a referral form.

Common Questions

Yes. Many participants receive multiple supports simultaneously — for example, daily living support alongside psychology and community participation. Your NDIS plan will have separate budget categories, and we help you use them in a coordinated way so you are not double-booked or working at cross purposes.
No referral is required to contact us or have a discussion. You do need an active NDIS plan with the relevant funding category to access services. If you already have a support coordinator, they can also make a referral on your behalf via our referral form.
Supports can be adjusted at any time. We build regular review points into every service agreement and can add, reduce, or swap services as your circumstances evolve. You are never locked in — NDIS participants have the right to change providers at any time, with reasonable notice.
We can help you understand how the NDIS works and whether you may be eligible. We can also connect you with planning resources and guidance. However, most of our funded support services require an active NDIS plan. If you are applying for the first time, our team can point you to local LAC (Local Area Coordination) contacts.
Typical intake is 1–2 weeks from initial contact to your first support session, depending on service type and current availability. Urgent situations are assessed on a case-by-case basis. To start the process quickly, have your NDIS plan number and plan period dates ready when you call.
