Delivery
- We deliver across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the wider Hunter, and can arrange shipping elsewhere in NSW.
- Delivery timing is confirmed with your quote - it depends on the item and supplier stock, and we tell you the realistic date rather than a hopeful one.
- Delivery costs (if any) appear in the quote. No surprises after approval.
Returns and problems
- Wrong, damaged or faulty items: tell us and we make it right - replacement or refund per Australian Consumer Law. Photos help speed it up.
- Change of mind: tell us before the quote is approved and the order simply never happens. After dispatch, change-of-mind returns depend on the item - hygiene products (continence, personal care) cannot be returned once opened, for everyone's safety.
- Sizing concerns: we check fit on equipment like shower chairs and transfer benches before ordering, which prevents most returns before they exist.
