How ordering works
Simple, fast and paid up front - the way a shop should work.
1. Build your order
Add anything you need. No account required.
2. Check out
Confirm your name, mobile, email and delivery suburb. We confirm your exact total (including any delivery) and your secure Stripe payment link arrives by SMS and email within the hour during business hours.
3. Pay the link
Card payment, processed by Stripe - the same payment system used across the Safe Hands website. Nothing ships until it is paid, and unpaid orders are simply released after 48 hours.
4. Delivery
Local orders across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter are delivered fast, often by our own team. Further afield, we parcel it. Timing is confirmed with your total.
Using NDIS funding?
You are welcome to claim the purchase through your plan afterwards - your Stripe receipt and our invoice give you everything a claim needs. How and whether it is reimbursed is between you and your plan, so check with your plan manager before ordering if you are unsure. See how NDIS funding works here.
