What services do you offer?

We coordinate referrals across a wide range: physical therapy, speech & language, occupational therapy, assistive technology, family support, psychology & mental health, daily living support, community participation, employment support, and education services. View all services.

How do I get started?

Do I need an NDIS plan to use your services?

No - while many of our clients use NDIS funding, you don't need an active plan to get in touch or start the process. We can help you understand your options and guide you through applying for the NDIS if you haven't started yet.

What funding options are available?

We work with clients using NDIS funding (self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed), private health insurance, and out-of-pocket payments. If you're unsure which applies to you, contact us and we'll help you figure it out. View our resources guide.

What areas do you service?

We're based in Newcastle, NSW and currently provide support coordination across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, the Hunter Valley, and surrounding regions. View all service areas. Remote and telehealth options are available for some services.

How long does it take to get support underway?

After your initial contact we aim to have an introductory conversation within 1-2 business days. How quickly services begin depends on your NDIS plan status and the providers involved, but our goal is always to get things moving as fast as possible.

Can I choose my own support workers or providers?

Yes. We are a support coordination service, which means we help you find and connect with providers - not assign them to you. You have full choice and control over who delivers your supports. We'll present options and respect your preferences.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand emergencies happen - if you need to cancel last-minute, just contact us as soon as possible via phone or through your client dashboard and we'll sort it out.
