No - while many of our clients use NDIS funding, you don't need an active plan to get in touch or start the process. We can help you understand your options and guide you through applying for the NDIS if you haven't started yet.

After your initial contact we aim to have an introductory conversation within 1-2 business days. How quickly services begin depends on your NDIS plan status and the providers involved, but our goal is always to get things moving as fast as possible.
Yes. We are a support coordination service, which means we help you find and connect with providers - not assign them to you. You have full choice and control over who delivers your supports. We'll present options and respect your preferences.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand emergencies happen - if you need to cancel last-minute, just contact us as soon as possible via phone or through your client dashboard and we'll sort it out.
